Sold Buonanotte, Carroll, Nilsson...

Don’t be wondered too much. I’ve just decided to provide financial strategy of wage decrease by sale of players who are not successful in my team. Additionally I looked through wages and understood that getting rid of Buonanotte, Carroll and Nilsson would save around $150K monthly.

It was very sad to say goodbye Buonanotte who became a legend of Hull in my Football Manager 2009 story. His problem was the fact that he had always been out of position in Leeds. On the player position screen bright green one circle is only at AMC – the position that I have no in my tactics. Therefore he didn’t manage to flow in to Leeds team play.

Andy Carroll was the most contradictory and discussed transfer before Leeds start in Premier League. I still wouldn’t say it was a total fail because sometimes Andy had truly excellent series of matches. And he became the best Leeds goal scorer in the last season. But now it’s no sense to use him because I have better players in attack. Leeds fans are upset with the transfer:

Everything is simple regarding Nillsson. He is the most weak defender in the team. Too many mistakes from his side made me really angry. Fortunately I managed to sell him for $4M.
