Your board give you a limit on the number of coaches you're allowed to have & you're assistant manager is useless. Here's what I do. I check Youth Team Training>Coaches, they're all pretty much ticked as coaching everything, making your star rating's shite. Untick them all (except for GK & Fitness specific coaches), then ...
